Andy founded Splice in 2002, with the goal of providing superior network solutions for customers that depend on data-rich applications in today's Internet economy. Since then, Andy has positioned Splice as one of the fastest growing companies in the country.

Andy is a recognized leader with a track record of success. He has a reputation for embracing new technologies and possesses a persistent search for fresh approaches to keep his organization moving forward and growing.

Prior to starting Splice, Andy led the transformation and growth at Telseon and OnFiber Communications into leading disruptive technology companies, increasing revenue and building out strategic partnerships with carriers such as, AT&T, Sprint and Cable & Wireless. Andy also serves on the Board of Pacific Work Places in San Mateo, San Jose State University Athletic Committee, and as an advisory for several Silicon Valley based companies. Andy enjoys a balanced life with his wife and their 3 kids.

Scott oversees corporate operations for Splice. He brings more than twenty years of experience in operations and financial management. Among his responsibilities are sales management, human resource policies and procedures, accounts receivable and payable, all financials and P&L accountability. Prior to joining Splice, Scott worked in multiple industries including corporate retail, software / technology, and corporate franchise. For seven years he was the District Manager of Operations / Finance for DHE Inc. Scott has also held management positions at CrossCommerce and Fortune 100 companies including Southland Corporation and ServiceMaster Corporation. He holds a BA degree in Communications from California State University at Chico and an MBA from St. Mary's College of California.

Tom is a technologically-sophisticated and accomplished IT professional with a credible history of enhancing corporate infrastructures with established and emerging technologies across geographically dispersed locations. His willingness to run towards problems provides him with a unique skillset that helps him achieve maximum operational impact for our company and for our customers. He is widely recognized for conveying complex technical information and creating innovative technology solutions to build consensus with key stakeholders.

What makes Tom stand out is his track record of allocating human/technical resources, piloting teams, enhancing operational processes, and delivering quality support services to clients, while achieving bottom-line impact. He is very proficient at managing budgets, implementing enterprise solutions, allocating/utilizing technical resources, and mitigating operational risks to ensure seamless flow of IT operations. Tom holds several certifications and graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Columbia College.

Eileen brings more than 20 years of experience in the communications industry, as well as extensive knowledge of business management and customer service to her role as Director of Service Operations and Carrier Relations at Splice. Since joining the team in 2007, Eileen has been responsible for service implementation, customer support and maintenance for all Splice customer accounts. Before joining Splice, Eileen held several operational positions at MCI / Verizon, including senior service manager, regional business manager and implementation manager. Prior to MCI, she was communications manager at Telos Corporation. Her education is in Business Management and Communications.

Kyle joined the company in 2011, and has taken on the role of National Sales Director. An industry veteran, Kyle is responsible for defining, driving and executing the sales strategy at Splice. Kyle has worked closely with our many enterprise customers and Channel partners to implement Managed Services. His deep technical understanding and expertise in defining customized IT solutions gives him a unique insight into the market and business requirements driving the needs of today’s businesses.

Prior to coming to Splice, Kyle was a sales leader at Cbeyond Communications.

Erik oversees the day to day operations of Splice’s technology suite of services including Desktop Support, Infrastructure Monitoring and Management and System Administration and IT Project Design. Erik’s areas of expertise include: Complex Network Administration, Systems administration, Help Desk Service management, Infrastructure Management and Virtualization platform deployment/ configuration. Previously, Erik held critical IT Management roles at the California Institute for Mental Health, American River College and Pinewood IT Solutions. Erik thrives on serving and supporting Splice’s clients and providing the example to his team of Splice’s sense of urgency and care for our customers. Erik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, from California State University at Sacramento and certifications in Networking, Windows, AS, and Linux.

Nathalie brings over 25 years of experience in the finance and tax preparation industry. Nathalie manages all of Splice’s financial/ accounting and contracts administration. Her extensive knowledge of financial management and business growth strategies is a huge asset to the company. She has served as CFO for Plus 8 Video, which was a subsidiary of Panavision. She also held management positions at H&R Block, the California Franchise Tax Board and Cameron Park Community Services District. Her knowledge of budgeting, leasing, finance and tax strategies brings a wealth of diversity to her position. She prides herself in being a “customer first” person, caring about all those we serve. Her education is in Finance and Business Management from the University of Cal State Hayward.

Matt has broad experience with both private equity backed and public companies. Specializing in the technology sector, Matt is a recognized leader with a successful track record of developing and overseeing the execution of growth strategies for companies in security, storage and communications.

Matt was most recently CEO of E8 Security, a pioneer in behavioral intelligence and cybersecurity based in the USA. Prior to joining E8 Security, Matt held positions at InterAct, a leading cloud-based software provider for public safety (where he was Executive Chairman), CloudShield Technologies, a provider of cybersecurity solutions (where he was CEO) and Allocity a software company concentrating on storage management.

Matt led the transformation and growth at both E8 Security and CloudShield into leading cybersecurity software companies focused on the enterprise market, increasing revenue, building out teams to scale and successfully leading global market expansion. He was instrumental in the sale of CloudShield to SAIC and Allocity to EMC. Matt has also held senior executive roles at Excite@Home, Sprint and AT&T.

Brian Mackin brings twenty-five plus years of technology management experience to Splice's Advisory Board. Currently as Director of NetApp’s Strategic Supplier Relationship Management group, he’s responsible for managing the company’s engineering services suppliers.

Prior to NetApp, Mr. Mackin served as a Senior Manager in Nokia's Business Development organization, focusing on strategic alliances and technology licensing matters for Nokia's worldwide mobile devices organization. Mr. Mackin was also previously part of Sun Microsystems' Corporate Development and Finance organizations. During his sixteen-year tenure at Sun, Mr. Mackin’s roles included strategic business development, financial and contract management, and he played a key role in Sun’s acquisition of several technology companies. Prior to Sun, he was a part of the finance organization at Loral Aerospace Corporation.

Mr. Mackin holds a BS in Managerial Economics from the University of California at Davis, and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Michael J. “Mac” McHale is an accomplished leader and professional operator in the telecommunications industry. As a senior operating executive, Mac is recognized for his ability to create successful outcomes in complex and challenging situations. During his 30 year career he has held senior management and “C” level positions in some of the most recognizable U.S. telecommunications/technology companies including IBM, AT&T, MCI/WorldCom, XO Communications, Hawaiian Tel, OpenRange Communications and Innovative Communications. He has led companies at all stages from startup and turn-around through established growth and maturity. Mac has held CMO, COO and CEO roles in successful ventures.
